Independent Contractor Opportunities

Infolane is currently seeking to establish independent contractor relationships with Web professionals in several disciplines. Candidates will work from home, but may, from time to time, attend meetings held in Emeryville, CA and at client locations within the San Francisco Bay Area. Website Content Manager

Strong written communications skills and document design sensibilities. Familiarity with select vertical markets a plus. This position calls for both marketing communications skills and non-marketing communications skills. This role is essentially to be a great communicator with-- and on behalf of--the client. Write prose for Websites and Social Media sites; maintain close communications with clients; proactively manage client Websites. Technical knowledge for managing Web content is required, although this roles does not involve advanced programming tasks.

Website Developer

This position emphasizes the technical aspects of Website development. Candidate will have two years experience with HTML. PHP, JavaScript and MySQL. Basic Photoshop skills would be a plus. In this position you will implement interactive functionality using PHP, Javascript, MySQL, HTML, while helping design, build and maintain a growing codebase that delivers highly functional Websites and Web-based applications to Infolane's clientele.

Client Services Specialist

Strong organizational skills, computer skills, familiarity with the HTML and the ability to communicate effective verbally and in writing are the core requirements of a Client Services Specialist with Infolane. In this job you will maintain communications with clients, track and monitor projects, perform direct Website updates and assist the rest of the Infolane team with keeping to the production schedule and a variety of office management tasks. Familiarity with HTML and FTP would be a plus, but we will train promising candidates on the technical aspects of the job.
